Get in touch
Contact us
Minutes Game is a small independent site, so messages reach the person who builds it. We read everything that arrives and reply to anything that needs an answer.
Write to [email protected]. This address is monitored and is the fastest way to reach us. We aim to reply within five working days, and handle privacy and takedown requests ahead of everything else.
Who you are writing to
Minutes Game is operated by Parthiv Kevadiya based in India. You can reach us at [email protected]. There is no call centre and no chat queue. A person reads your message and answers it.
A game is broken or a score looks wrong
Tell us which game, what you expected, and what happened instead. Knowing your browser and whether you were on a phone or a computer helps us reproduce it.
A privacy or data request
Ask what is stored about you, or ask for it to be removed. Progress is held in your own browser rather than on our servers, so we can also walk you through clearing it yourself.
A copyright or takedown concern
If you believe something here copies your work, write with the page address and a description of the original. We review these ahead of general mail and reply with what we have done.
Advertising and business
Questions about advertising on the site, or about a specific ad you were shown, are welcome. We can explain what is served and how to change your choices.
Things we cannot do
We cannot restore lost progress. Scores and streaks are saved only in your own browser and we keep no copy, so once that storage is cleared the record is gone. We also cannot pay out scores or streaks, because they carry no monetary value and there is nothing to redeem.
Reporting something urgent
If you believe a younger child has provided personal information through this site, say so in the subject line and we will remove it without waiting for the usual queue. The same applies to anything you think is a security problem.
